The Patterson Apartments were built in 1912 and funded by Dr. H.G. Patterson.   Dr. Patterson relocated to Boise from Hailey, ID in 1900 and ended up marrying Harriet McElfresh in 1902, who owned the land at the address and had paid $1000 for it in 1900.
