When driving to Table Rock you will see many beautiful homes, both large and small. This house stood out for its style and appeal. It was built in 1994 and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and stands at 2378 square feet. It has a spiral staircase near the front door located inside an obvious tower dominating the front of the house. To the left is the door located inside an entryway arch. A neat feature of the outside is the variety of window styles located at different levels. Although the house is rather eclectic when it comes to style, it looks to be a cross between both art deco and post modern represented mostly by a subgroup called Neo-Mediterranean style. This style is characterized by the same windows and the tower located in the front. The Art Deco style is represented in the geometrical forms to accent the building such as the chevrons and vertical/horizontal projections form the walls. Also, the windows tend to be vertically placed rather than horizontal as in this house.
