This house, described by the owner as a “Sun Valley style” is located up at the top of Table Rock Road over looking the valley in Wild Horse Community. It has many of the characteristics of a Craftsman style House simulating the lodge feel of a mountain town. Its exterior is stucco and rough-hewn wood. It has low broad proportions. The house also has overhanging eaves and a low-slung gabled roof. Its front porch is very wide and is supported by wood columns. There are columns that come down all throughout the house even in the interior. The side of the house has a wood pattern that reoccurs throughout. The use of all of these natural materials characterizes this style.

On the inside the owners have a beautiful stone fireplace that covers the whole wall that the fireplace is in. Also in the house they have another great piece of architecture where there are many different columns in a row creating like a walkway from the entry way of the house that leads to the family room of the house. The columns in the house lead up to a series of wooden archways that descend down from the ceiling. The house has been elegantly designed with abstract art that really adds to the style of the house There is also a beautiful walk in pantry that is a whole other room.
